Christmas Bar Cart

Christmas is one week away and I know people are starting to freak out about having the whole family over to celebrate, but don’t fret, I have the perfect cocktail to serve and so easy to make! To decorate this whole bar area and make the drinks you just need to stop by World Market and you’re golden.

Almost everything is from World Market, except a couple of things from Target, but you can definitely find them at WM too. While you’re there grab this cute gold rimmed glasses (Couldn’t find the ones I used for this pictures online), these bottle brush trees, this marbled cake stands, which I use to create any look that needs a little height, not just cakes. And for the cocktails, you can’t forget one of my favorites, available at World Market in California, Nevada and online, Speak Wines Red Blend

This amazing sign was handmade by Laura Garcia from Letter L Design onsite, but you can easily recreate it! Just go to your local hardware store and get a clear piece of acrylic, get paint that can be used on acrylic, like these and paint the back with long strokes (if you make a mistake wipe it clean before the paint dries)

Then, if you’re good at calligraphy just use chalk markers and go for it. But if you’re calligraphy impaired, like me, you can cut some vinyl with your electronic cutting machine and just stick it on the acrylic. If you don’t have an electronic cutter you can just grab some letter stickers like these and you’re all set!

Wine Spritzer Recipe

1.5 oz of Speak Wine Red Blend

3 oz of LaCroix (I made it with berry flavor, but can-raspberry would work great too

Ice Toppings

Add wine to a glass, top with ice, pour LaCroix over it and top with cranberries or blackberries.

Party on!
